1. Non-Refundable Services
   Due to the nature of the legal services provided through our platform, all fees paid for online legal consultations are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
2. Rescheduling
   Clients may request to reschedule their consultation appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please contact us via email or phone to arrange rescheduling.
3. Cancellation of Consultations

• If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
• For cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the appointment, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
